How to Order
1. Order on-line:
Feel free to place a fully secure, on-line order. You can e-mail questions to: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Order by Mail:
1--Click the "Continue to Checkout" button on your shopping cart order page. The next screen will show you verification of all the information on your order, and will add tax and shipping.
2--Check to see that everything is correct.
3--Then, instead of submitting your order via the internet, press the "PRINT" button on your browser toolbar, at the bottom of the page. Your printed order form may then be mailed, faxed, or phoned to Shakya Design.
4--Mail in your order form with your personal check*, money order or credit card number (including expiration date and cvc security code). International orders: payment by Credit Card, International Bank Check or Money Order in U.S. funds only. If your order is shipped to a California address, please add 8.25% of the subtotal for sales tax.
5-- Mail to Shakya Design, 804 Pine Ridge, Mt. Shasta CA 96067, USA.
*Bank fees will be applied to returned checks

If you prefer to order by phone, our office hours are generally between 9:30 am-4:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday. If we are unavailable to take your call, please leave your name and number and we will be happy to call you back.
With any order method, please include your daytime phone number so that we can contact you should there be a question about your order. We do not share this information with anyone.
We accept payment through all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank credit/debit card,
check, or PayPal (see below).
PayPal is a fast, and easy way to send money directly from your checking account or credit card.
It is secure (e-Bay has been using it for years), and we have found it to be quick and reliable (especially for some International orders).You simply:
1) Go to www.paypal.com
2) Register by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page and enter some basic information (takes about 3 minutes),
3) After confirming your information, select how you want to pay (from your bank account or credit card),
4) For Shakya Design orders, our receiving address is our e-mail address:email@example.com
We invite international orders. We ship by Global Priority Mail which generally takes 4-10 days.
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please e-mail for quote on shipping cost. Please visit our

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Please allow up to two weeks to process your order. Because we make each of our mala and jewelry pieces by hand, shipment time will vary. Longer delays in order processing can be expected during heavy order volume times. Please remember that we hand make all of the mala and jewelry pieces ourselves and great care is taken with each order so please be patient.
Orders will ship by either first class or Priority Mail depending on weight and generally take 3-7 business days to deliver within the continental US. International orders generally take 6-10 business days to deliver. Please contact us directly if you would like express shipping. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us via email or phone.
We make certain our merchandise is sent in good condition and with adequate packing. Should damage occur in shipping, please contact us immediately for information on returns and replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you can do so within 10 days of recite. Items that are returned damaged, worn or returned with postmark after the return/exchange period of 10 days
will not be considered eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back at customer's cost. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Malas should be sent back along with the presentation cases/envelopes that they were enclosed in.
Please package the return in a sturdy box
or padded mailer rather than an envelope to avoid any shipping damages.
Indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund
and your reason for returning your purchase. We value your comments.
Include your invoice number, name, address and daytime phone number and/or email address.
If we made an error on your order, we will gladly refund your shipping costs.
Please return to address above. If a mala should break within 1 month of purchase due
to normal wear*, Shakya Design will restring it and return it to you at no cost.
Items that are sent back
and are eligible for a refund will be refunded the total purchase price, excluding shipping charges. New shipping charges will apply to all exchanges. Our basic postage rate of $7.95 will be added to the cost of the exchange if any for domestice packages. $13.50 will be added for international orders.
*Normal wear does not include water damaged malas.
Your customer information is used only to insure that your order is processed to your satisfaction. We never share, sell, or give out any customer information.
